The ugh- I'm still sick. UGH.

The good news- They're releasing the ORIGINAL VERSIONS of the first (temporally, not chronologically) three Star Wars Films, available til December 31st! Yay!

No more fucktard-inspired 'greedo-shot-first'!

You know what's funny...the Greedo Shot First thing was going on for a long, long time after the -original- was released way back in the 80's...and I distinctly remember that -HAN- shot first...

I remember:

Greedo: *says something unintelligble about this being his lucky day*
Han: Yes, I bet you were. *fires* *puts blaster back in holster*

Plain, simple, and cut. There was no 'OMG Greedo shot first, 'cause otherwise, Han is a murderer!'

This is Star Wars. People kill people all the time. Greedo was a bounty hunter. This wasn't murder, it was self-defense and absolutely no reason why Han -shouldn't- have shot first. It's a fantasy universe after all! :D
