Greed (Xmas!) Meme...
Nov. 23rd, 2004 01:30 pmApparently, there is a meme going around where you list 10 things you want, and put them here for people to see- and you look for ones that you can actually get for others from their lists. Eek. Mine is gonna look like the greediest damn thing...
1. ) A 12.2" x 17" Umax USB scanner. I need a BIG scanner, and one that is USB... My current scanner is SCSI, running on my desktop system.
2. ) Any of the following software, in the most recent OSX-compatible versions: Photoshop and Debabelizer.
3. ) Any of the Japanese 6" godzilla figurines- other than Godzilla Jr., which I have.
4. ) The LARGE Totoro plush from Japan. The main Totoro from the film. :)
5. ) A good color 600 dpi laser printer.
6. ) Art of Sorien in any of her 2 1/2 forms. the biped w/muzzle, the cervine-taur and the grey-fox form.
7. ) Banratty Mead from Ireland, or Lindisfarne Mead from St. Aidans Winery on Lindisfarne Island, Northcumberland, England. I've had both of these. MMMMMMMmmm!
8. ) Work on the house- New windows and siding, and exterior-waterproofing for the basement- this is BY FAR the biggest thing, and I'll have a heart-attack if it happens...
9. ) A 6-foot long, foam (nerf?) or plush sturgeon!
10. ) A huge Phillips LCD flatscreen hi-def television.
I dunno if I'll be able to afford any gifts outside my current list... But I'll try.
