Work update...

Well, it turns out I was right- this is a NEW account for my company... Which means we've inherited a total clusterfuck, and the training on the shift is nonexistent. On the good side once we get stuff figured out it won't be too bad a job. On the bad, there's no telling how long it'll take.

Another minor thing- I was on the net from work last night, using Caribou Coffee's 'free' wifi. But it expired cos I don't buy crap at Caribou. O well. :P
