Blah. Once again, I'm sick. It seems to be some kind of flu. At the time I'm writing this I'm feeling a fair bit better, but I can tell I'm still out of sorts. It started Tuesday, with an all-ay headache that officially went 'migraine' around 5 PM. At that point I decided to call into work and stay home to get over what I thought was 'just' another migraine.

At 9 PM, the account supervisor called to say that she couldn't fill the shift, so I ended up going in to work- unshaven, and decidedly sick. As the night went on I got the added joys of chills and sweats, and bodyaches. [livejournal.com profile] joshuwain had kindly gotten me some (gah) Gatorade, and I was able to drink that to avoid dehydration. (To me, the stuff is foul, regardless.)

In any event, I survived the night and crashed immediately after getting home. Another 'symptom' manifested when I got up, which I'll spare you the details of... Fortunately, it didn't last long.

I'm getting tired of getting sick all the time. I may have the source identified... And it don't make me happy. Every other Sunday, I game with some friends at their place. We rotate games, and its generally a good time- but, there are little kids. And they may be why I keep getting the 'virus of the week' as they're around OTHER little kids at daycare and/or school. :P

I don't wanna stop gaming with them, but I can't miss more work from illness either. I'm home from work tonight to recover, and thats where things stand at the moment.

I hope this isn't angsty.

Ugh...

Well, the kids aren't allowed to futz with anyone's stuff, cos they have a tendency to lose/break such, being lil kids and all. It seems to just be proximity, or the house itself. :P
