The Last Two Weeks

realsorienWell, here's a little life update, though nothing particularly untoward has occurred. I just figured I'd post a bit of what's been going on. Last week i took two days off at the beginning of the week so that I could have a shot at going to fireworks; that didn't pan out, but on the Fourth I ended up at Keegan's Pub with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
joshuwain, foeclan and feezlekahn for dinner and drinks; Good conversation was had with good food (and in my case, beer), and afterwards we watched the episode of the new Dr. Who titled 'Blink', which was amusing.
On the 5th I helpedjoshuwain set up the Gaming suite for Convergence, thereafter having dinner with him and others (including the two mentioned above) at TGI Fridays. That night I started my abbreviated workweek, and on Saturday I was at Convergence doing 3 hours of badging in the Gaming suite. Sunday found me helping with teardown, and given that I had a good time despite being stuck in the Gaming suite and seeing literally none of the rest of the con, I'll be actually attending next year.
On Monday I went to Ratatoille withjoshuwain and feezlekahn, and it was a GOOD movie; I recommend it, and as usual the short at the beginning was damn near worth the price of admission. Other than that I've been playing a bit less City of Heroes, although I'm not likely to give this up til the game itself disappears.
And that pretty much sums stuff up for roughly the last two weeks. Whee!
