I suppose I should explain the campaign, huh.
Shadowrun is a gameworld like, and unlike, a possible version of Earth. Events deviated from the ones in our world starting in 2001- in some ways, better, in most, a LOT worse.
The current year in the campaign is 2076, and our game is picking things up after the previous 'campaign' ended, aka we switched to Shadowrun 6th Edition from 5th, after finishing out some of our bigger plotlines.
The PCs scattered to the four winds, and things are, in game, the events bringing them back together.
Our PCs are:
Hoofer/Demi Levine (Demi Morgan, prolly a new alias soon): A Satyr who was forced into a SURGE expression byt the Shoawase corporation and later escaped. SHe is the primary 'muscle' of the team, and is referred to as a 'Street Samurai'. SHe is also heavily invested with Bioware and a small amount of cyberware. Hoof grew up poor in Albany, New York, was hired by Shiawase as an entertainer, and when they discovered via medical profiling that she might go through SURGE, they decided to force the issue.
Pandora/Cinnamon Grey: a Human Technomancer, Pan fled from her home and family in the Saader-Krupp Arcology in Minneapolis, Minnesota due to the machinations of a blackmailer; eventually she met Svain, a Physical Adept Elf who was a master of firearms, and this eventually led to her joining Hoofer and her then-teammate Circuit (Human Rigger) as a full fledged Shadowrun team.
Zen/(real name unknown): a Human Mage, Zen is of Chinese and Russian extraction, and was formerly an employee of the Wuxang Corporation. While on a quest to learn about someone who had gone missing, he was led to seek out Grandfather (Bear as strong as a Mountain) for aid. This led him to the group, via Svain, the grandson of Grandfather.
Redline/(real name unknown): One of the two new members, Redline is a firearms-specialist Street Samurai with a significant drug habit- as of this writiung, he has not directly connected with the three remaining members of the original team. He is searching for information on Satyrs, who of late have been disappearing across the world. Shiawase has been implicated in Shadowrunner circles, with little hard evidence. He has recently arrived in Atlanta, Georgia, and has connected with Peppermint, a former associate of the original team.
Duffy (Grayson Dopher): A Caucasian Human Face with cyber-augmentation, Duffy was drawn into the orbit of the team by Pandora's quest to close out the teams financial matters in their previous operational home of Kansas City. He is possessed of apparently significant financial assets, and is ostentatious in his presentation.
